How this site is funded

Cuidados Femeninos is a free blog. To keep it running—hosting, tools, research time, and editing—we use advertising and, in some articles, affiliate links. This page explains how that works and what it means for you.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We show Google AdSense ads on some pages. Google chooses those ads based on the page context and, sometimes, your interests if personalized ads cookies are enabled. We do not control the exact ad you see on each visit.

Ads do not drive editorial content: we do not rewrite an article to “fit” an advertiser. If an ad seems inappropriate, you can use Google’s tools to report it or adjust ad personalization in your Google account settings.

Some articles include links to products or services. If you click and buy (or sign up, depending on the program), we may earn a commission. That does not cost you more: the price you pay is usually the same.

Programs we may use include Amazon Associates and other affiliate programs relevant to health, beauty, and wellness. When a link is an affiliate link, we mention it in the article or on this page.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Our recommendations are independent

We choose products and resources because we believe they can help in the context of the article—not because they pay more. If a product does not fit, we do not recommend it even if a commission exists. When we compare options, we try to be clear about pros, cons, and who they may work for.

No affiliate link replaces the judgment of a health professional. Before buying supplements, devices, or treatments, check with your clinician—especially if you are pregnant, take medication, or have a diagnosed condition.
